Where is my writer from?
We employ both ENL (English as a native language) and ESL (English as a second language) writers. Some customers require the writer who possesses a particular type of language. Each customer may choose, if possible, out of:

When will my custom papers be done?

When you place an order with AdvancedWriters.com, you can choose from a great variety of delivery options and in this way determine your deadline for the papers to be completed. The time is calculated automatically from the moment we receive the payment in our system. For example, if you pay for an order at 6 P.M. on Monday and choose a 2 days delivery option, you will receive your custom papers by 6 P.M. on Wednesday. Please note that if you choose the binary deadline, which indicates two possible delivery days, the latter day of the deadline will be automatically considered as the final submission date of your papers, unless you specify otherwise when placing an order.

Please make sure to provide at least 1-3 hours per each page to be completed if you choose an urgent deadline. To ensure the quality of your papers and conduct the in-depth research, the writer requires sufficient amount of time. Therefore, please choose the most suitable deadline when you place an order.

What is my Personal Order Page? How does it work?

"Personal Order Page" is your customer's page where you can track the progress of your order, upload any of the required materials and communicate both with the writer and administrator. For your convenience each Personal order page contains:

  1. "All orders" tab which helps you track your orders history with AdvancedWriters.com and displays the list of all your current and finished/canceled projects;
  2. "New order" tab where you can submit your new papers request;
  3. "Your Profile" section which contains your personal information and gives an option to change your password.

Inside each of your orders placed with AdvancedWriters.com you will also be able to check your "Order info" and use "Messages" tab to communicate with your writer and administrator.

What if I forgot my password?

When placing your first order with AdvancedWriters.com, you will be asked to create your individual password. How will I receive my papers?

As soon as the writer completes your papers, you should receive a notification email with the link to your Personal order page. However, when the deadline approaches you should also check your Personal order page directly in order to avoid any kind of  misunderstandings. Please note that we do not send files by email. How do I download printable Microsoft Word version?

You will be able to download a printable Microsoft Word file after you approve the PDF version. The file will be located in the "Files"  list of your Personal order page and will have a special mark (!!Ms Word version of the papers!!).

I haven`t received my custom papers by the deadline. What should I do?

Contact us immediately. You can either write a message on your order page, or enter live-chat, or call us.  Our operator will carefully examine your order and will assist you with it right away. The reasons may vary from time to time.  It can happen that you have entered a wrong email address or your SPAM filter does not allow you to receive emails from us. It  is also possible that the writer is waiting for your reply and can not continue working without your assistance, or we are checking  the work for plagiarism. Contact us in the first place if you have any problem with getting the order on time.

What if I do not like my custom papers?

What is the samples service?

Samples are the three randomly generated pages from the orders, that were previously completed by the assigned Writer. This service allows you to get acquainted with the writing style of the person, who is going to work on your order. It also gives you an opportunity to change the Writer within 2 hours from the moment samples are generated. The Writer may be changed up to three times on one order.
If you fail to request a different Writer within the given time, we regard it as your acceptance of the Writer who was assigned initially. The service is available for $5.
